A Twilight Moon

A princess falls on curled brown locks in need,

Like delights in mind mean a woman to breed,

Like a worm hand finger entangles hair like sea,

Like breath wave broken by island Lea.

I whisper in her ear:

“If you were a melody then only the good notes do justice.”

I feel like an enraged water spout kissing a mouth so young,

Like a sponge when squeezed drips dry my tongue,

Like a deep sea draws out waters shallow fall,

Like a hungry wolf who loves with gall;

A heart so shy and withdrawn ignites and erode,

Like black powder into artificial stars explode,

Like metal corrupted into ferrous oxide folds,

Like a useless hinge on a front door makes us cold.

Now she feels like a breath slow moving in a wanton field,

Like blissful eyes then when shine delightful yield,

Like flowers smell in dew crisp morning sunshine,

Like armoured feeling patient kind, for all love is blind.
